On September 5th, the first English course of the Training Center — “Introduction to Product Innovation Management and Project Management” invited Dr. Sinisa Krajnovic, a global partner of McKinsey, to give a lecture on global product innovation and management. This lecture is one of the teaching sessions of the course, aiming to help students improve their global competence, leadership and product innovation ability.

The Lecture

During the lecture, Sinisa introduced and exchanged ideas on global product innovation and personal ability improvement from multiple perspectives such as technological development, global cooperation, lifelong learning, leadership and family education. Students from multiple countries and different majors participated in the lecture and had interactions and discussions with him and teacher Zhu Feng on various issues.

The students all said that they had gained a lot from this lecture and hoped to continue to participate in the learning of relevant lectures and courses in the future.

The course “Introduction to Product Innovation Management and Project Management” is the first English course offered by the Training Center. The course aims to build students’ abilities in engineering project management, innovation, communication and writing, as well as international learning and working, so as to help them carry out innovation and project management work in an international environment.
