• Second Prize of “Application of Project-based Teaching in the Training of Key Teachers in National Secondary Vocational Schools” in 2014

• “PCB Printed Circuit Board Rapid Manufacturing System” won the first prize of the 8th Experimental Technology Achievement Award in 2004, as the first author.

• “SMT Surface Mounting Practice System” won the first prize of the 7th Experimental Technology Achievement Award in 2002, as the third author.

• The “Research and Development Project of Electronic Integrated Design Experimental Device” won the third prize of the 8th Experimental Technology Achievement Award in 2004, as the second participant.
