Research
Advanced Material Preparation and Precision Forming Technology, Digital Manufacturing System, Engineering Practice and Innovation Education.
Undertaking of several vertical research programs, such as key R&D programs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation programs, special innovation method programs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, key funding programs of Aerospace Science and Technology Innovation and Beijing Science and Technology programs as well as over 20 horizontal programs in collaboration with enterprises.
Presiding over courses like the National High-quality Courses Mechanical Manufacturing Practice and the Laboratory Scientific Research and Exploration and lecturing at the Foundation of Manufacturing Engineering and Modern Automotive Manufacturing Technology and Management.
Presiding over more than 10 teaching reform and research programs, including the National Key Construction Program of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Demonstration Base, quality projects of the Ministry of Education, education and teaching reform projects of higher education institutions in Beijing, joint construction programs with Beijing Municipal Education Commission, the university’s teaching reform programs and so on.
Honors and Awards
Baoshan Steel Outstanding Teacher Award and Tsinghua University Advanced Educator Award; 2 Second Prizes for National Teaching Achievement; 1 Special Prize, 2 First Prizes, and 1 Second Prize for Beijing Teaching Achievement; more than 10 school-level teaching awards by Tsinghua University.
